1. Use cases for RAW data streams

Here we collect use cases for streams of RAW data. The purpose is to see in which cases overlapping (inclusive) or disjoint (exclusive) streams are the preferred solution. A sketch ov inclusive vs. exclusive streaming is in the attachments.
