Distributed Analysis with the DIANE framework

DIANE is a distributed analysis framework that has been previosly developed at CERN. For more details you can visit the DIANE homepage

Diane has been used recently to perform distributed analysis of Rome dataset (See Swiss ATLAS Computing: The interactive system).

A small note is in preparation that presents some more recent work on DIANE with HEP applications in CPU and IO bound applications.
