Sections of the Event Builder Tab:

EFB_info.png

  • Some basic information on the EFB info is in this panel, e.g. the ROD source ID, current run number and various error masks.
    EFB_counters.png
  • Counters for the L1ID and BCID can be refreshed using the "Capture Counters" button. These are translated, as in other sources only a few bits are available. The last received event header and event ID's are also shown.
    EFB_runtime.png
  • The runtime status panel includes info on the two EFB engines, and the router link.
    EFB_fifos.png
  • The FIFO Status shows the Empty/Full status of the EFB FIFOs. These are highlighted in red/yellow/green to show problems.
    EFB_errormask.png
  • Error masks can be shown for each link by choosing the desired engine and link, and clicking "Read Error Masks". Masked errors will not be counted by the EFB.
    EFB_trap.png
  • The L1ID/BCID trap values are shown for each link at the bottom. These are filled by clicking the "Read Trap" button. In synchronised operation, the trapped FE module L1ID value should be the TTC L1ID value plus 1.
