• BU: MTRawEventFileWriterForBU generates EoL json data and per-inputfile json data
• FU: FedRawDataInputSource grabs raw files from BU location, and then grabs the associated metafiles. When the EoL comes, the FedRawDataInputSource merges input files grabbed from BU into a file named like "inputLSx.jsn"
• FastMonitoringService: outputs one-line CSV of M,m,u states and number of processed events every second, and the full histogram of states for a lumi at the beginning of the next lumi.
