Control of the ALICE permits, Post Mortem, BCM trends & BCM FSM configuration

News:

• 19-NOV-2010 - Please note an additional step in the "How to verify the BCM trends" procedure
• Please read carefully all the instructions below. They are critical not only for the ALICE but also for the whole LHC operation!
• Please note that there is a new step: "Verify the BCM trends" in the "Post Mortem" and "Beam permit" procedures. The instructions are in the section: "How to verify the BCM trends"
