How does this work

Answer

  • Go to Web preferences and create a wiki work in the Web forms list.
  • Edit the new wiki word and define the form in here.
  • Your form must have a first line on the form
    Name Type Size Values Tooltip
  • See the help on Wiki forms for the above.
  • The form has now been created.

  • Now create a template. Create a wiki work somewhere in the web.
  • Edit the template and add your text to the edit text box.
  • Example. The word Question on one line and Answer on the next.
  • In this template you can add the form that had been previously created.
  • Click on the add form button that is on the bottom right.
  • Save this template.

  • Create a page that uses this form.
  • HTML is needed to prompt the user.
  • A SEARCH command is needed to display previous entries that have used this form.
