This page documents the results for the Seattle report.

Goal

For this meeting (July 1st), we intend to have a rough estimate of the CP violating component measurements, including realistic background and acceptance for ILC.

  • Here we define a minimum set of scenarios considered for the Seattle Report.

  • Here are the minimum set of signal models for mH=125 GeV
    • f_3=0.1 for ILC-250:

 LHC (mH=125 GeV):   fa2 = 0   fa3 = 0.00209925
 ILC (250 GeV):      f_2 = 0   f_3 = 0.100000
    • f_3 = 0.1 for ILC-500 GeV
(7) g1=1, |g2|=0 , |g4|=0.0262636
 LHC (mH=125 GeV):   fa2 = 0   fa3 = 0.000105421
 ILC (500 GeV):      f_2 = 0   f_3 = 0.100000
    • fa3 = 0.1 for LHC
g1-1, |g2|=0, |g4|= 0.83265
 LHC (mH=125 GeV):   fa2 = 0   fa3 = 0.1

High statistical MC samples (Done)

  • All files with _false.root indidcate there is no acceptance cuts, the ones with _true is with acceptance cuts.

The framework is there in two different implementations

  • Use directly the RooDataHist for a correlated 3D binned PDF
  • Use polynomial emphirical functions
