---++ classID for detector elements related to LHCb detector description

When creating the generic detector elements which do not need any specialised convertors, the classID assigned is 2. When creating specialized detector elements with specialized convertors (like DeRich1), a unique number needs to be assigned as a classID. The attachment below shows the classID's used until May2012 in LHCb. In order to ensure that the classID assigned is a unique number a convention is setup for the ranges of numbers that is recomended for each subdetector for this. They are as follows:
