Proposed planning (to be agreed by the TEG members)
- Identify and agree on the areas of work (before xmas)
- Prioritise subtasks (before xmas)
- Appoint coordinators for each subtask (before xmas)
- Detail work for each subtask (before xmas)
- Allocate effort to the subtasks (before xmas)
- Coordinate on a regular basis (at least weekly)
- Report to and ask feedback from the GDB/MB (as needed)
- Produce a final report with recommendations per subtask (schedule to be determined)
Deliverables
- Assessment of the current situation with middleware, operations, and support structure
- Strategy document setting out a plan and needs for the next 2-5 years
