Do this:
  • Go to a dir you want to use as a workarea. If you're working on lxplus, set up a recent release good for analysis, e.g. the current Tier-0 cache, i.e. asetup 17.2.1.4,here, OR, you can do this under OS X if you just have ROOT set up correctly (tested with ROOT 5.34 under 10.7.4)
  • Check out the main package: svn co svn+ssh://svn.cern.ch/reps/atlasusr/christos/H4lAnalysis/trunk/
  • Check out remaining packages and compile them all using this script: source configall.sh. This should check out a handful of packages for D3PD analysis, including correction packages for efficiencies and resolution from CP groups and more general tools like GRL and pile-up reweighting.
  • run like this: H4lAnalysis 2 0 2012 0 0 1, the meaning of the arguments are listed below
    1. muon collection: 0/1/2: 0 STACO, 1 MUID, 2 MUON
    2. isData: 0/1
    3. dataPeriod: 2011/2012
    4. apply lepton corrections 0/1
    5. apply event corrections 0/1
    6. minimal number of leptons (for skimming)
