This page gives information about the average Z position of the beam spot for 7TeV runs. The position of the beam spot is calculated using information from the silicon tracker. An alternative reconstruction is given by FEX (what is FEX?). The numbers and plots are comparable and they can be found here ZVertexFex.Run Info
