    • Unchecked checkbox check heart beats. Otherwise call DCS expert (16-2740) and document the failing heart beat (elog)
    • Unchecked checkbox Check that < T > / maxT / minT temperatur of each strip TTC partition (TIB, TOB, TECs) are not yellow or red underlaid
    • Unchecked checkbox Check the majority panel: we should be in a pure state either 100.00 or 0.00. Check especially of spontaneous turn off.
    • Unchecked checkbox locks of all TTC partitions (FMS nodes) should be taken (closed). If you find nodes being not taken, please contract the technical shifter (75140) and document (elog)
    • Unchecked checkbox Note the page 1 humidity level to the elog
    • Unchecked checkbox check the configuration of all TTC partitions by opening "View"->"Recipe Changes". All node should be green ("loaded"). If you find any one being red:
      • Unchecked checkbox run the "Find Changes" and compare them with the known problems. In case they do not match call the DCS on call (16-2470) and cross check with him, if the changes should be added to the known problems list or being rolled back
    • Unchecked checkbox open "View"->"Excluded nodes below" and compare the list with the known problems.
  • Alarm screen
    • Unchecked checkbox check the alarm screen, which should be empty. Otherwise document the alarms (elog)
    • Unchecked checkbox check also the problem log viewer (page 1 -> View -> Problem log Viewer)
  • Dry gas system (morning only)
    • Unchecked checkbox Check N2 flow, which should be 50-60m3. After refills of the dewar, we have seen oscillations form 40-80m3 with a period of 1min.
    • Unchecked checkbox Check the N2 bottle pressure (nominal range 50-200bars)
    • Unchecked checkbox Check the flow to the tracker (nominal range 16-19m3)
    • Unchecked checkbox Check the dryer pressure (6-7bar)
    • Unchecked checkbox Check the dewpoint meters (1&2 < -70C, 3 < -40C)
  • Standard plots
    • Unchecked checkbox Check the standard plots and attach them to the elog.
    • Unchecked checkbox Close and reopen the standard plots panel.
  • cDCS elog
    • Unchecked checkbox Read the cDCS elog and follow up tracker relevant items

  • Unchecked checkbox open Sashas tool TK cooling loop history (cms network only)
    • Unchecked checkbox select the "Temperature_map_by_cooling_loop" for the last 48h
    • Unchecked checkbox Check the Tmax, Tmin and avrT and compare them with the defaults TO BE ADDED

  • Unchecked checkbox open Sashas tool Beam parameters, TCS states (cms network only)
    • Unchecked checkbox select the "StableBeamsInfo" and "DCS states history" for the last 24h
    • Unchecked checkbox Check that you understand all state changes and that the Tk blamed runs are correct

  • Unchecked checkbox open Sashas tool Tk DCS probes (cms network only)
    • Unchecked checkbox select Probe Types "RH", Subsystem "CableChannelSystem" and DetectorSide "AllSides" for the last 48h
      • Unchecked checkbox Check that all probes stay below 50%, otherwise request the trend plot and check if it was just a spark

  • Unchecked checkbox open Sashas tool TK Cooling Plant monitor (cms network only) (morning only)
    • Unchecked checkbox select "fit" and the "tank level" for SS1 and SS2 for at least month (last refilled 22.06.2010 15.00)
    • Unchecked checkbox note the leak rate to the elog

  • Unchecked checkbox open Sashas tool Rack-PC Monitoring Page (cms network only)
    • Unchecked checkbox Check for anormalous temperature behaviour by going thourgh the three sub-pages. Temperatures should never ever exceed 30C (shut of temperature of PCs). Only during local runs we should exceed the 27C (ignore single sparks)
    • Unchecked checkbox check run pause/resume times
  • Unchecked checkbox check DAQDoctors notes and ensure, that you understand what has been going on
  • Unchecked checkbox check the VMEPCI driver check script output
  • if we are in a run
    • Unchecked checkbox check Ajax log
    • Unchecked checkbox check Spy updating (if data taking is ongoing)
    • Unchecked checkbox check the FedMonitor (cms network only)
  • Unchecked checkbox open tracker WBM page (SiStrip -> DaqMonitor -> ConfigureTimes.template)
    • Unchecked checkbox check run configure times

  • Unchecked checkbox open the historic DQM and check the stability of the system

  • Unchecked checkbox open the run time logger and check the down times of the last 24h
