---++ Plain Twiki tables

You can use a plain Twiki table with helper plugins:
   * %SYSTEMWEB%.TablePlugin: for sorting and header/data formatting and color tweaking
   * %SYSTEMWEB%.EditTablePlugin: for in-place editing on the web-page

---++ Excel based tables
If you have to do a lot of editing and/or manipulation to the table data, you can attach an excel spreadsheet, together with it's html export, and then include it in the page

---+++ Inline display of html table
If you include html files exported from Excel, you can't easily apply JavaScript (e.g. JQuery) plugins that perform filtering or sorting on the table data, because the Excel export only contains TD elements, and no TH (table headigns).
