Time calibration for re-processing of 2018 data

Activity:

  • to update time calibration for PHY and GAP/LAS in LG (as some channels show untypical difference in time between gains)
  • to update laser time constants:
    • LBC27 ch05 and LBC38 ch25 -- longer positive tail in pulse shape, laser time constants to be corrected
    • LBC13 ch15 and LBA34 ch13 have similar problem since last year. They are flagged BAD_TIMING. To flag LBC27 ch05 and LBC38 ch25 as well?
  • to update time constants for special channels in PHY and GAP/LAS, both gains -- time is sensitive to pile-up and HV
  • to update PHY and GAP/LAS constants, both gains, for the following channels: EBA53 ch01, EBA16 ch00, EBA19 ch00
  • to update LAS time offsets for MBTS EBA58 ch04 and EBC39 ch04 (HV has been changed since initial calibration)
  • to correct timing in EBC57 ch11 in PHY and LAS/GAP for a few affected runs
  • to check EBA27 ch00: to check reco'ed energy and timing in physics (D3PD)
  • to correct timing for problematic channels (burnt out)
    • EBA08 ch07
    • EBA10 ch08
    • EBA27 ch01
    • EBC38 ch01
    • EBC50 ch01
    • NB. They are corrected since (365304,0), need to be corrected since appearance till (365304,0)
  • to flag channels with bad timing: EBA19 ch00 HG PHY
  • to flag with bad timing EBA51 ch00-23 in problematic runs
  • to mask EBA51 ch00 LG as bad pulse shape
  • to unmask EBA53 ch01 LG (since time must be updated correctly)
  • to implement cleaning for (-50) ns and +25 ns events in EBA12 ch20, EBA40 ch39-41, EBC25 ch15-17
