What is the difference between a WG reader and a referree? Their role and power are very different. The WGR has the same power over an analysis than any other member of the WG, as questions from all are expected to tbe adressed. The WGR has the duty of attending presentation from the proponets and read the note at least once it circulates in the WG. His assigment ends once the analysis is approved by the WG.

Does that means that the conveners do not have to read notes any longer?
