3. I add some headers as I was inserting the anchors in headers:

Header 5

4. I save before the last step...

5. And I finally set the anchors.

6a. Testing first with an image, that was one of the last actions when it happened to me...


6c. I managed to reproduce this inserting a new image and moving it to the right just before writting even more below it as follows:


And here's where I was writting the following text: The numbers 68% and 99.7% represent the percentage of samples kept, blah, blah, blah...
