section 1: advice to speakers:

improve readability of the plots (axis labels, legends ...)
be pedagogical in presentation
include your shifts, conference talks, important roles (e.g. contact editor, convenor) in the talk.
think of volunteering to serve in operations and software projects (as on-call experts, liasons, ... ) This is very important for your career (and helpful for ATLAS and USTC).

section 2: to all participants:

encourage discussions, particularly questions from students.
