Totem Database Extraction Library

Description

DBEL (Data Base Extraction Library) is simple, efficient and very functional tool to retrieve data from TOTEM Data Base.

It provides you an access to data about measurement stored in DB. DBEL allows you to specify great variety of options to get data about measurements:

  • what kind of measurment?
  • which information about the givent measurement?
  • how many, from which sequence number?
  • from what period of time?
  • from which interval of validity?
  • with or without description?
DBEL has two versions:
  • web
  • console
How to get DBEL?

  1. To use DBEL you must have CERN account and be a member of Totem Offline Software Group.
  2. Visit DBEL website: https://pctotem30.cern.ch:8444/DBEL/ and accept website's certificate.
  3. Log in and you already have access to our application.
  4. If you don't want to use web version, press button "Download console version of DBEL" and you get console version of DBEL (JAR archive).
