DBPop Stored Measurements

This page contains current information about the measurements, which are populated by DBPop into the TOTEM Offline Database. The list can be extended to meet the needs of TOTEM Offline Analysis. In order to add new measurements you need to perform a request.

New measurements request

In order to register new measurement please follow this procedure:

1. In Timber (http://cern.ch/Timber) find the interesting measurement
2. Note the names of the variables which correspond to desired measurement
3. If these variables represent a group of measurements, please propose a name which can stand for it, eg: The group of variables in Timber corresponding to the BPM parameters, like: "LHC.BOFSU:POSITIONS_H", "LHC.BOFSU:POSITIONS_V", "LHC.BOFSU:POS_ERR_H"... etc. will be represented by single string: "BPM"
4. Send your request to Przemyslaw.Wyszkowski@cernNOSPAMPLEASE.ch
