Sites (1): ok -> 214 degraded -> 12 down -> 60 na -> 3 - Software -> Num. Sites (2): gLite-3_1_0 -> 207 gLite-3_0_2 -> 32 gLite-3_0_0 -> 1 LCG-2_7_0 -> 1 - Average of concurrently running jobs during this week (3): 30.0k (1) Sites that are Certified, in Production and that have been monitored by SAM during the last week under OPS credentials. SAM is available at: https://lcg-sam.cern.ch:8443/sam/sam.py To see this page one needs a grid certificate loaded in the browser. The calculation of the Site availability (Status) is described at: https://cern.ch/twiki/pub/LCG/GridView/Gridview_Service_Availability_Computation.pdf (2) Software version is coming from the 'CE-sft-softver' CE test. Sites not supporting SAM 'CE' service, or not having sent results for this particular test during the last week, are not counted. (3) Job statistics taken from GStat: http://goc.grid.sinica.edu.tw/gstat/ http://goc.grid.sinica.edu.tw/gstat/total/GIISQuery_Usage_job_.html EGEE Pre-Production Service Coordination: ----------------------------------------- * 2008-06-19: release of gLite3.1 Update27 to production in preparation This update, to be released the 25th of June will contain: - glite-BDII o As a new functionality for the site BDII, the use of GlueSite? object has been improved according to the recommendations in: http://goc.grid.sinica.edu.tw/gocwiki/How_to_publish_my_site_information o Both the site and the top level BDIIs publish the GlueService? object using a new information service provider. (See PATCH:1278). o BDII__URL variables are now required by YAIM if they are not defined in the config files. * 2008-06-18: Pilot service of Cream CE: - The 1st phase is in progress as scheduled. Details about the single tasks can be found in the tracker https://savannah.cern.ch/task/?group=sa1dep specifically listing the subtasks of TASK:7143 CERN GRID Pre-Production Site (CERN_PPS): ----------------------------------------- * waiting for new hardware to replace servers out of warranty * glite-cream-CE is installed at CERN_PPS using certification repo. Durring installation there was a dependency problem which was then resolved. Preliminary Test was successful. Grid User Support: ------------------ * Presentations by the CERN ROC manager and the GGUS team leader were given last week at the session on support of the CCRC'08 post-mortem. * Major GGUS 7.0 Release is imminent (July 3rd). However, the LHC experiment VOs haven't yet provided the names of their expert grid supporters eligible to directly route GGUS tickets to sites. This is very important because the implementation of this feature is a major GGUS design change, originally requested by the experiments themselves. ETICS: ------ * Beta version of the new ETICS Client 1.4 (1.4.0-0.b1) has been released for public preview. This release has a new internal storage system based on sqlite, which considerably improves speed and memory usage * The services are being installed and tested on the new hardware we have received * Statistics: - Builds/tests run this week: 1747 - Repository content: 29 Projects, 1113 Modules, 49398 Packages, 2243 Main Reports, 67128 Module Reports, 39036 Metrics Grid Operational Security: -------------------------- Nothing to report this week. gLite 3.x Integration & Build: ------------------------------ - Certification repository gLite 3.0 --------------------------------------- ..
