If it was not done already, please send such an e-mail to each person
whose e-mail addresses are shown in the Excel file, so that they may
take action as needed.

Personally I had already selected 3 trackers that should remain browsable,
but preferably read-only, i.e. no need for full Jira functionality:

1. gLite Middleware
2. LCG Operations
3. Grid Vulnerability issue logging --> needs to remain private!
