Pigtail 51 wire 7 is broken: removed and placed in dead hardware box

All pigtail MMCX crimps and pins straight. All of them are checked and OK.

pigtail wmpo connectors ok. 

winchester cable hardware all ok
plate 3 CLI tested ok.

PMTS on BB242 installed in HFP_21 posB were originally on BB107 which was swappedout during sorting/testing. BB107 junked
BB242 has correct PMTS in correct location. it is ok
